Service Description

As a master networker for over 15 years, I have a proven track record of bringing people from diverse backgrounds together in the small business and entrepreneurial space. I believe that fostering individual growth is essential to achieving company-wide success and improving overall company culture and employee wellness. I'll work with your HR team to get your employees and professional community engaged. In addition to my wellness programs, I offer a range of services, including monthly Lunch-and-Learns on topics such as fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, start-up strategies, social media basics, balancing work and life, and mental health and fitness. I also offer monthly online workouts for up to 50 people, custom wellness experiences such as retreat participation, and corporate wellness programming delivered via video, which I edit, script, and upload based on the strategies we discuss. While I am located outside of Philadelphia, PA, I am available for in-person work up to 30 miles away, with all other services being provided virtually.
